When will my coffee ship?
Roast-to-order coffees typically ship the next business day or shortly after the posted roast date so they arrive fresh.
Is your coffee roasted to order?
Yes. We roast in small batches for current orders rather than holding large volumes of roasted coffee in storage.
Do you ship outside California?
Not at this time. Orders currently ship within California so we can keep fulfillment tight and freshness high.
Whole bean or ground?
Whole bean by default. You can select your preferred grind size at checkout.
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
Your coffee is roasted close to ship time, then sent out quickly so it lands during its early peak flavor window instead of after sitting on a shelf for weeks.
