Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on coffee products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us at hello@pineflatroastery.com within 14 days with photos and order details. We will review and may issue a replacement or refund.
