Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your coffee. If you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a full refund for unopened bags only within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@pineflatroastery.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We roast and ship from our roastery in California Hot Springs, CA.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos if applicable. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
