Welcome to Pine Flat Roastery. By accessing our website or purchasing our coffee, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Production & Quality
We take pride in our small-batch roasting process. To comply with California regulations, we are required to disclose that our products are Made in a Home Kitchen.

Allergen Notice: While coffee is our primary product, our facility may process common food allergens (including nuts, dairy, wheat, and eggs). Please exercise caution if you have severe allergies.
2. Orders & Shipping
We roast fresh to order. Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50. Free local delivery in Pine Flat, CA (ZIP 93207).
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on roast schedules and carrier delays. Risk of loss transfers to you once we hand the package to the carrier (USPS/UPS).
We currently ship only within the United States.
3. Returns & Refunds
Because coffee is a perishable food product, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on roasted coffee.
However, if there was an error with your order, or if your coffee arrives damaged, please email us at hello@pineflatroastery.com within 14 days so we can make it right.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pine Flat Roastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tulare County, California.
