Tasting Notes
Blood Orange · Apple Cider · Brown Sugar
Roast Details
Sourced from the Marcala region of Honduras, this organic washed lot is roasted to a classic medium to highlight its natural balance. Bright blood orange and apple cider notes open the cup, followed by brown sugar sweetness and a smooth dark chocolate finish. The fully washed process keeps everything clean, while medium development adds just enough body for an everyday coffee that still feels special. Reliable, sweet, and easy to enjoy by the cup or by the pot.
