Grown with Intention
We believe great coffee starts with great relationships. Our current featured roast comes from the misty Andes of La Argentina, Huila, where family farms sit between 1,600 and 1,900 meters.
These producers pick only perfectly ripe Caturra and Castillo cherries by hand. The beans are processed using the traditional washed method and sun-dried on raised beds under protective canopies.
The result is a clean, balanced cup with lingering notes of cherry, praline, and cream — a coffee that reflects the care and craft of the people who grew it.
